"Services" encompasses Bin Cleaning, Permanent Home and Landscape Lighting, House Washing, Roof Washing, and Concrete Cleaning provided by the Company.

  1. Services Provided

Bin Cleaning Services: Professional cleaning of residential and commercial bins, including regular maintenance schedules as detailed on our website.

Permanent Home and Landscape Lighting: Design and installation of permanent lighting solutions to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of residential properties.

House Washing: Exterior cleaning of residential structures using appropriate techniques to remove dirt, mold, mildew, and other contaminants.

Roof Washing: Cleaning of roofing materials to eliminate algae, moss, lichen, and other debris, utilizing methods suitable for the specific roof type.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Bin Cleaning Services:

  • Ensuring bins are accessible and free of waste at the scheduled cleaning time.
  • Notifying the Company in advance if bins will not be available for cleaning.

Permanent Lighting Services:

  • Providing access to the property for assessments and installations.
  • Ensuring that the installation area is free from obstructions.

House, Roof, and Concrete Cleaning Services:

  • Ensuring all windows, doors, and other openings are securely closed to prevent water intrusion.
  • Removing or securing delicate items, vehicles, and personal property from areas to be cleaned.
  • Notifying the Company of any areas of concern, including leaks or pre-existing damage.

General:

  • Providing accurate contact and address information.
  • Notifying the Company of any changes to scheduled services at least 24 hours in advance.
  1. Lighting Lease Terms

Holiday Lighting

5.1. All Lighting provided by Valley Curbside Cleaning remains our property at all times. You are leasing the Lighting on a year-to-year basis as part of the Services.

5.2. You may not modify, relocate, or remove the Lighting without our prior written consent. Unauthorized actions may result in additional fees or termination of the lease.

5.3. At the end of each lease term, you may renew the lease for the following year by entering into a new Service Agreement. If you choose not to renew, we will remove the Lighting at no additional cost, provided all payments are current.

  1. Booking and Cancellation

Scheduling: Clients can schedule services via our website or by contacting us directly.

Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

House, Roof, and Concrete Cleaning:

  • The Company is not responsible for water intrusion resulting from poorly sealed windows, doors, or other openings.
  • Certain stains, such as rust, oil, or efflorescence, may not be completely removable. The Company does not guarantee complete removal of such stains.
  • Pressure washing may reveal imperfections or damage in surfaces that were previously hidden by dirt or grime. The Company is not responsible for exposing such pre-existing conditions.

Windows: Windows may become water-spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is not included unless explicitly requested.

Personal Property: Clients should ensure all personal property is removed from areas to be cleaned. The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.
